Carl Gershman - New Battle for Democracy Address

Australian Labor’s International Projects unit, in conjunction with the Australia US Friendship group within parliament co-hosted an informal lunch address by Carl Gershman on the New Battle for Democracy.

Gershman is President of the National Endowment for Democracy: a private, Congressionally-supported grant-making institution with the mission to strengthen democratic institutions around the world through nongovernmental efforts.
